The media archive stores all video, audio, and image assets. Content is indexed and versioned. Access levels vary by file classification.

Public files are marked accordingly. Restricted assets require elevated credentials for retrieval.

ACCESS_PROTOCOL

All media requests are logged. Bandwidth throttling applies to unauthenticated sessions. For bulk download access, use the CONTACT node to request elevated permissions.

Media formats are standardized per archive specification v2.4.
